Pre-booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Our session numbers are limited; therefore, if we are at full capacity, we will, unfortunately, have to turn you away. Please check our Facebook page, where we will announce last-minute cancellation slots.

Don’t worry! You are welcome to join your pre-booked session at any time. However, you will be required to leave at the end of that session as planned.

Yes - there is a £1.50 charge per additional adult. 

Everyone who enters our play centre takes a space out of our capacity limits, and therefore a small charge is applicable.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Yes, we accept cash payments. 

All bookings are non-refundable. 
We will gladly transfer your booking to another session on one occasion if you contact us with more than 24 hours notice.

Children of all ages are welcome at The Little Play Company. However, we believe children between the ages of 1-6 years will benefit the most from our play village.

No. Our play sessions are free-flow play led by the children and their parents/guardians

Our building is easily accessible for wheelchair users.

Our play village has been designed to ensure that any visitors using a wheelchair are able to access each area. Disabled WC facilities are available.

We serve a range of hot and cold drinks, snacks and cakes.

Please see our menu for further details. We also offer warm drinks to take away at the end of your session for the drive home.

Please inform staff of any dietary requirements or allergies when ordering from our counter. Alternative milk is available upon request.

Only food and drink purchased in our cafe may be consumed on the premises, with the exception of baby food.

Every effort has been made to ensure that our building is safe for our visitors, especially the little people. All toys have been inspected for sharp edges and small parts. Any small parts have been removed. We have an internal lock on the door to ensure children can’t escape during a play session! All structural edges have been rounded off or smoothed.

*Please note in our mini theatre, there is a small step up to the stage. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children in this area.

Our play areas are thoroughly cleaned after each session for your peace of mind using a natural surface cleanser containing plant-based derivatives which provide natural protection against certain environmental factors.

High chairs are available for use in the cafe area. Baby changing facilities are available, as well as bottle-warming facilities.

We pride ourselves on being a breastfeeding-friendly establishment.
